Agree. My Remax cable also similar intermittent problem. Can't charge my Samsung but can charge RN3. Use ori cable can charge both phones.

As for the actual item, I have mixed reactions towards it. Overall condition is good but the box has been unsealed. During 1st boot-up I noticed the phone already have playstore which is not supposed to be for a China version. So they must have opened it up in order to install it for their customers.

Some might like it some dont..for me I dont. More so when I see Mobomarket & some other unverified bloatwares which I cant uninstall normally. Ended up downloading & flashing the stock OS myself to get rid of those craps.

So yeah..can buy from them but be cautious a bit. They might have good intention but are not entirely sure themselves of the risks these unverified apps pose to their customers.
