11street system problem on delivery address
After you have made payment, make sure to check the delivery address is correct in the ordering detail. I once have freind's delivery address so that I can have goods directly send to her. The address is 13700 Prai, Buterworth. Mine is 10450 Pulau Pinang. Some how, 11street gave the seller my address with 13700 poscode. Ended up the poslaju delivery guy called to ask me where am I. Only then, I check the system, my address is correct. Then check the ordering detail, it is 13700. Now my parcel is pusing around. Call the 1300300300, always busy. Now back to Shah Alam, maybe to sender. |
