What item so expensive? And why u requested refund?

Aiyo. I also worry mine now. May I know when you requested refund, was your item status acknowledge or in progress?

Bought an item from G5 last nite and paid. Today, saw a better coupon that can be applied.  Wonder if I can cancel the earlier order that was processed and reorder with a new coupon? Anyone had this experience before? How long will it take G5 to refund the cancelled order?

Already ask for refund, gemfive say they cannot do anything unless their merchant replies them. Which currently the merchant is ignoring their emails

i wait 10 days G5 baru void my order then wait another 3 weeks for refund

If u don't mind old model.. Im selling off my printer coz not compatible with win10. All still good. Can check my thread for more info

printer hardware cost always cheap to own, but only the consumable print catridge/print ink that cost a bomb in long run.

if laser print, still recommend hp/canon. hp p1102 price already went up from rm2xx to rm3xx now, really

for brother/dell or other brands, better survey the toner price first and also 3rd party toner availability n price. ppl always recommend hp bcoz easy to find compatible toner in market, many shops carry.

Get the cheapest Brother/Hp/Canon/Xerox laserprinter available with the cheapest compatible toner cartridge, so that when it is out-of-warranty n faulty u can recycle/throw it away without feeling a pinch.

Avoid canon inkjet please

I've got 2 canon inkjet printer before, both stop working after 1 year+-

so far tried brother inkjet printer and laser, can said that the quality is good and long-lasting.

not sure about canon laser and other brand as never tried before.

I personally using the Fuji Xerox M205b MFP. Surprisingly easy to use. If you don't need scanning function, you can look for  DocuPrint P215b. The original cartridge is only RM120~.

Im using fuji xerox 215b, dirt cheap but superb. The non original replacement toner cost me rm35 for 2k pages, supwrb value for money
