Ask them (of course with the correct email account).
Mine ordered last day b4 it ended and delayed shipping 1 week, I asked and they send me a tracking number dy. Thought its in progress, not acknowledged.

FYI. After 4 days, now is 14th May almost 300pm and started on 10th May. The complimentary GemCash Voucher is still available.

BTW, forgot to mention. The purchase was using 125cimb voucher, which is 2nd use for me. So means the cimb code can be used multiple times. Don't know how many times.

emailed 3 time to gemfive for refund all same answer by 3 different cs, 3 weeks already, now finally my refund is proceeding and i will receive it on one weeks time. A little trick, just tell cs you will make report to skmm if no update = cs immediate refund to you
