I have never try Asus phone before. But respond towards their phone like cold only. Is Asus phone that bad?
I can see they really have wide range to cater for all budget level. But one big problem, they all look the same. Those that paid for the 4GB premium model look the same like those paying for entry level model. Their phones are all very thick and awkward power button.

Bought an item from G5 last nite and paid. Today, saw a better coupon that can be applied.  Wonder if I can cancel the earlier order that was processed and reorder with a new coupon? Anyone had this experience before? How long will it take G5 to refund the cancelled order?

That's pretty stupid from Gemfive, I believe money you paid is still in Gemfive hand. So why can't they cancel the order only and return payment to you, even if without merchant permission.

Do not be tempted to buy the refurbished phone based on the low price. You would be having headache when u wanted to claim for warranty. Based on my personal experience with gemfive, the phone was not i good condition after using for a few weeks and i sent it back to claim for warranty. The merchant said need to send back to china for repair and the waiting time is 2 months. The merchant claimed that the motherboard is not working that caused the screen to has discoloration. After waited for two months, they told me that the battery was not in good condition and wanted to charge me for a new battery. After some argument (bcs the phone was sent back to them before the grace period of 1 month warranty  for screen and battery ), they didnt charged the battery replacement and it asked them to check again on the screen. Then, they found out that the chinaman did not replaced or repair the screen. So, I need to wait for another 2-3 weeks. When i received the phone, they replaced the screen with 2nd hand screen, which is different from my phone colour and i was lazy to contact them again. Lesson learned do not purchase a refurbished phone........2nd hand is much better than refurbished in my opinion......

Agreed with you, bro......the worst part is my phone screen is gold colour, the screen that they have replaced is purple colour but they stick one screen protector that is gold colour to tipu me........when i remove the screen protector, a lot of scratches on the phone screen and they asked me to send back again. Sumore, wanna charged me another postage fee of 30 ringgit due to their negligence ....so, i decided to bare with it.....i dun think they will replace any original parts and initially all the parts in the phone should be replica for refurbished phone........
