Recommend tarzansales merchant. Bought on Monday, Tuesday they contact me no more stock, they suggest replacement but i refused tell them i want another model. They ok. Today received.

How to ask merchant for replacement?

most of my items bought from gemfive courier by gdex from smallest thumbdrive until heaviest (i think washing machine or tv cabinet around 40kgs ), they called before come. no problem so far

my case last time almost 1 month only got refund because merchant can fulfilled stock.
