Gemfive still haven't refund my RM 2799 after one month. Contact their CS on facebook and email, both also say need to check with relevant department. I'm getting pissed now, feel like making a report with KPDNKK. 

It was a phone. Waited two weeks, didn't come, so cancel order. And waited one more month after that already, still haven't refund me.    I think Gemfive refund is the worst compared to 11street and Lazada. 

Unfortunately can't remember whether it is acknowledged or in progress, very sorry.    But I did place a pre-order for a game on gemfive, it is shown as acknowledged. So I guess acknowledged is that the seller acknowledged order, but not yet ship out item? Only a guess though. 

What was the stated delivery time for your phone? Mine was written 7-14 working days. 

Guys..  Gembox still ada lagi? I wonder it has reach 1k redeem or not coz wanna buy phone but dunno still entitled to get Gembox or not.

made an order just now and pay using cc. why didnt i receive any confirmation email from gemfive? previously made order and paid using m2u, straight away got an email. is it different if we pay using cc? order status 'verifying payment'.

Only company name but not full name, address, contact. Most names only exist as online merchant, except name like senheng.
but who exactly are these:eshop, thereadeal, smartonline, bestdealavshop, nevora, proonlinestore etc.

Gemfive sucks, sevenmobile sucks,gdex sucks, I lost my phone through Gdex.

my mechanical keyboard has arrived.
its OPEN BOXED !!!!! not new
looks 99.5% new
W keycap is scratched in the corner
Left arrow key is also scratched.
volume scrow is made of rubber and its very dusty
keyboard legs are also scratched obviously being used.

Going to email cs and complain about seller SAVEALL.
U think i can get a sorry code?

other then that its very nice keybard
very heavy
key depth is deeper then my old keyboard, some getting used to.
very quiet for brown switch logitech also put damper rings on it too
very nice to type on.
dont like the cable its huge and very fat (like a power cord), and has a 2x Y splitter usb.
dont really like the fonts

its a lenovo phone..shipped by pos laju.

400++ only. story is like this pos laju failed to deliver the item on last monday and left me a note to collect the item at ppl myself.
i was not able to go there and called them for redelivery. every day i keep calling them since last tuesday and they keep promise to deliver the next day untill today i fedup and decide to go there. when i reach there they said item can not be found thats why they can not deliver. i was like wtf the didnt even mention this when i call them. shit service pos laju keep me waiting at home this whole week at the end they gv me shit
