very heavy
key depth is deeper then my old keyboard, some getting used to.
very quiet for brown switch logitech also put damper rings on it too
very nice to type on.
dont like the cable its huge and very fat (like a power cord), and has a 2x Y splitter usb.
dont really like the fonts

too lazy to take pic and upload, but its only a small scratch, the paint is chipped
about 1mm in diameter otherwise all is 99.5% new

i was able to google the store name, they selling on lelong, 11street and qoo10.
their lelong page had a few number, whatsapp them few minutes later reply,
YES got night vision.

Gemfive refund process, a very pleasant tale

got my mechanical keyboard last monday found out it was open boxed and 2 scratch on it. initially was going to keep it and beg for a sorry code, then later decided to get a full refund.

email cs last thursday, they responded friday ask me to email them some pics, i did it on the same day. saturday no response, monday came around i was starting to panic coz of they 7 day period on electronic items. i called them, around 1130am, someone picked pretty much straight away (though i had to wait 15min or something), he saw my email, advised me to wait he will send this call to another department say they will organize for courier to collect from me, i asked them what about the 7 day return policy he said it was fine as i already logged emailed them earlier.

then few hours later around 1-2pm, the merchant called me instead. ask me to send the product to him that very same day as he needs to get it back to his supplier within 7 days for a refund. i asked him to write that in email along with return address and cc g5.

around an hour later, someone form g5 called me and said she has spoken to the merchant and ask me to send it back to them directly.
that was nice of g5to call to assured me the process was fine as it going off protocol.

i couriered it back to them using gdex that same day, RM16.90 it cost me. didnt email them back the tracking number untill around 4pm, just when i was about to send the reply email with tracking number and new pics to show i actually send it in gdex office and cost associated etc.... they merchant called me to remind me that i need to send it to him that same day (how nice of him to follow up) i mention i was just about to push the send button and you called.

today got email from g5 to confirm merchant got the keyboard and refund process will take about 14-19 working days (2-4 weeks)

now the wait begins
but very pleasant so far, and very nice customer service from all sides

you should search yourself and see whos cheaper.
last time i bought was few months ago from lazada, and its usually less then RM per Gb for a good deal.

not sure, first time refund with g5,

well they said they will refund my shipping fee, i also email them to remind them too.
i will email them to ask them to refund via online banking instead.

can only find Fuji Xerox P225DB cheapest laser printer. toner is RM55-68 for 2.6k 5% prints

refund on 19.6.16, very fast just took over a week from start to end.
they did not refund me the courier charges, but they sent me a RM20 sorry code, but said i had to compete some survey or something, but there was no link, not reply to my email yet.

is 14june30 still working?

I agree someone else should open the next thread. some one that actually updates the tread with basic info
like FAQ and noob questions
also shop name eg TMT = Thunder Match Tech....

My proposals:
1) NightFelix maybe you can do all in one thread. eg combine Lazada with gemfive etc..... since lazada thread is not getting any more post.

2) or maybe gastacopz can open the next gemfive thread, or someone

3) i think we should just boycott this chokia unless he promise to get his act together soon. I have not seen him post any stuff since V2. cant remember about V1 as it was soo long ago. but somebody can easily do post count on him.

gastacopz 220 wow and you say you are busy? you contribute the most, heck anybody that is the top 30 list would be better then this current ts.
all ts need to do is update first page with usefull info, no need to write it yourself, just copy and past peoples comments etc...

NightFelix looks like you are up for ts hehe.
