my mechanical keyboard has arrived.
its OPEN BOXED !!!!! not new
looks 99.5% new
W keycap is scratched in the corner
Left arrow key is also scratched.
volume scrow is made of rubber and its very dusty
keyboard legs are also scratched obviously being used.

Going to email cs and complain about seller SAVEALL.
U think i can get a sorry code?

other then that its very nice keybard
very heavy
key depth is deeper then my old keyboard, some getting used to.
very quiet for brown switch logitech also put damper rings on it too
very nice to type on.
dont like the cable its huge and very fat (like a power cord), and has a 2x Y splitter usb.
dont really like the fonts

Better ask for new one , more like display set ...

if anything, they are likely to just offer you a refund or a replacement..never seen gemfive, 11st or any other website other than lazada to give any "sorry code"

about 1mm in diameter otherwise all is 99.5% new
