11street system problem on delivery address

After you have made payment, make sure to check the delivery address is correct in the ordering detail.

I once have freind's delivery address so that I can have goods directly send to her.  The address is 13700 Prai, Buterworth.

Mine is 10450 Pulau Pinang.

Some how, 11street gave the seller my address with 13700 poscode.  Ended up the poslaju delivery guy called to ask me where am I. Only then, I check the system, my address is correct. Then check the ordering detail, it is 13700.

Now my parcel is pusing around.  Call the 1300300300, always busy. Now back to Shah Alam, maybe to sender.

I said its lengthy. Their shipment and logistic teams don't tally or coordinate well with their CS department.

Once I ordered air filter from senq (at G5), they come my house and I missed and I self pick from CityLink warehouse. And it took them a really long time to confirm I received the item (few days before reached I actually pending for cancellation of order).

I actually received the item first before they want to initiate with my cancellation, LOL...

for sure take time lah....

my case last time almost 1 month only got refund because merchant can fulfilled stock.

now we can view merchant name, i check back my history order.. SENHENG! WTF 

you're correct, their cs and logistic dept really fucked up big time, some said that and the other said the other way around. now they said sevenmobile still confirming with gdex regarding the missing parcel. wthell the logistics dept already confirmed that the parcel is totally lost but now sevenmobile pula asking gdex. damn 

total lost almost 2k buying with may30 code.. but totally worth it. so many dupe account  need to make.

as per feedback by others , they dint packaging the phone with any protective or bubble wrap. They should improve this.
