That's pretty stupid from Gemfive, I believe money you paid is still in Gemfive hand. So why can't they cancel the order only and return payment to you, even if without merchant permission. 

Just received my flash 2 with lens kit bundle...bought it for RM356.30 after using MAY30 code...there are also 3 additional back covers that come with the phone (mica white, leather flip cover and leather cover to attach the lens)

Inside the green phone box got another leather flip case + screen protector or not? Or just the phone + cable?
