local manufacturer set u can bring to their service centre to fix.
import set u only can bring to seller to fix. there is this tricky here that seller might published their item on web 'ORIGINAL set imported brand new with 1 yr warranty', but there is posibility its refurbished as new and it still fit their published details.
try to avoid imported set if that item is released over half yr. especially phone included but not limited to samsung galaxy note series. very high chances u bought refurbished set. i once bought from lazada published as brand new ori set with 1 yr warranty. received the item with seller invoice (no warranty).

the one i bought with "no warranty" is galaxy note.
thats why even now galaxy note 5 can get at less than rm2100 i also wont dare to take any possible risk. better wait 6.

You can check the iPhone activation date online, so able to confirm if it's a new set or not. Bought mine from Gemfive previously, no issues.

Be careful some items are priced higher b4 discount. Wise to compare b4 purchase.

11street never have good deal for mobile phone.
always go for lazada and gemfive if mobile phone.
but lazada and gemfive didnt control well their seller published item details. thats why tricks possible occur.
i already told quite few times. if but mobile, search same seller name at lelong, u might found some seller pu "refurbished" word in lelong for same price as lazada.
lelong maybe more strict to seller.

made an order just now and pay using cc. why didnt i receive any confirmation email from gemfive? previously made order and paid using m2u, straight away got an email. is it different if we pay using cc? order status 'verifying payment'.

U only will receive email once its acknowledge. And weekend they don't verify payment, so Monday only u will get an update
