No idea. But they have an array of problems.
Product - Their packages never ever come close to what they market. 5mbps you only get less than 1mbps most of the time. The coverage sucks as well.
Customer service - Upon telling them I wanted to terminate and returning the devices, they dragged on the process and overcharged me for about a month. That was not even the end of the story, a month later I was told they wanted to penalize me for not returning the device. I found out that their service center manager did not submit my termination and
LOST my device. And she avoided my calls and dare not even come to the service center for weeks. I only manage to settle this after I called their non-existing customer service line for hours and threaten legal action and police report.
Helpline - If you are a longtime customer of P1, you would realize that they changed their customer line multiple times. And up to last year they do not even give you the option to call in anymore. Hence if you are their customer, you have no way of contacting them except through email which by then you are at their mercy of when they want to reply to you.
So do not let me start on this sad joke of a company. Even as I no longer are with Maxis, at least they are overpriced but you get good products and coverage. Good luck to anyone who trusts P1.
