Hi guys, i got some questions

For the 1st criteria deposit RM500,
i need go bank cdm to deposit RM500,
OR i can online use other bank instant transfer RM500 to my ocbc acc, will it count as deposit RM500?

For the 2nd criteria
Instant transfer to 3 other bank acc.
Can i just instant transfer to my other 3 bank saving account, is it ok?

Lastly, if i got 30k in my ocbc acc, i take out 20k after 10days.
The 20k will get interest for 10day, and the 10k will get interest for 30 days.
Am i right?

Without debit card how u fullfill 3rd criteria?

dont know still eligible or not...

i dont how the ocbc360 account works yet, coz i hvnt open it.

but just now i called ringgitplus and asked.
since i already got the SMARTSAVERS ACCOUNT-I with ocbc,
i cant get the gift.

Anyone tried max withdraw from 360 acc per day?

Hi guys,
I applied ocbc 360 with debit card,
but when i want use it to top up boost/big pay,
after key in the card detail and press next,
it shows error "system temporarily unabailable, pls try again later"

Any idea what causing it?

yes, i do.
so weird this error still happen

boost, bigpay, shopee i believe all online transactions fail.

Surprisingly i go ocbc branch,
the customer service also no idea, ( i demo in front of them)
they need email to hq and check for me.

Anyone meet before?

Of coz I aldy call customer service before go branch, they also say their system check is ok.

3 days already i try cant.

At transaction limit there all is enabled.

I and my wife open 360 acc with debit card.
Mine debit card is ok,
My wife one not ok.

Finally problem solve.
their hq call i saying the person open ocbc 360 for me didnt set otp properly.
Faint to the max.
so noob mistake.

That day i go branch ask to confirm with them, do they set my hp tac properly?
they say "of coz"

coz i dont want the credit card.
