QUOTE(Ancient-XinG- @ Dec 9 2019, 09:50 AM) I don't care the app. I just want access to my online banking. I only left token part which need app to link. But the app is doing useless. i remember i saw somewhr in the ocbc website that their online banking app no longer support tablet. Need to access from browser if you using tablet. Mayb try your phone see if it works ok?Not working on ipadOS This post has been edited by hakkai0810: Dec 9 2019, 09:56 AM |

QUOTE(cucikaki @ Jun 2 2020, 11:01 PM) Cause u paid after 9.45pm. After 9.45pm considered next day. Can call to waive but it took them to be threaten report to BNM, only then they waive it for me last year. Depends on how much the interest is. For me it was RM200++ last year. 2 weeks of email here n there, resolve. if i paid after 9.45pm on 13/5 then kena charge, i understand la. But my due date is on 13/5, i paid on 12/5 even if i passed the cutoff they shouldnt charge me any interest right? They will keep denying it say from history shown it will be on ‘13/5’ instead of ‘12/5’ and it will be based on their timing not our timing. I send them the SMS screenshot from OCBC saying payment received bla3, together with the date and time stamped, only then they say waive on ‘goodwill’ basis. Will not hesitate to report to BNM, other bank give buffer period and yet they xsabar2 want charge interest on customer. Did you check if they mark 1 in ur ccris report? QUOTE(cclim2011 @ Jun 3 2020, 10:30 AM) one of the most rigid and unreasonable banks. for your case, i think it is systemic rigidity of their entire system. got to pay to statement amount i guess. ya, the cs did mentioned something like need to "pay" statement. But i was like negative balance still need to pay? Nvr encounter this kind of scenario in other bank lol |
