Do you think this is real or phishing? If click on the attachment (HTML), it asks you to create secure mail ID to fill up password with retype and choose security question with answer.

It looks legit as the html linked to voltage-pp-0000.ocbc.com (it is still under OCBC domain) that requires to register a new Secure Mail ID account to read the e-mail (perhaps)
