Has anybody tried to pay online with OCBC360 mydebit card before? I transferred some $ to my e-wallet this evening but several hours later, my OCBC360 savings account online still haven't shown $ deducted although my e-wallet has received the $. I don't have a credit card. My card clearly stated its mydebit mastercard. When I did interbank transfer yesterday, the account updated very fast but now with debit card, no change in account balance/details? blink.gif
[Edit to add --$ finally deducted although no details of the transaction shown. ]
Also, I changed my phone # at the branch. But then TAC still sent to my old phone # while normal messages sent to my new phone #. Anybody know why this is so and how to overcome it? Faced this problem with both OCBC and Ambank. Already told them the new phone # is for everything--TAC and all communication

The amount is floating. You will see it in your available balance instead. The transaction details will be reflected a few days later.

After register this OCBC OneToken thing, you cant receive otp sms but only allow receive otp from app? If this was the case, how do you perform transaction from the next month then?

I read from the app review, look like a lot of review commenting not able to login, app crash/close, cant receive otp to perform transaction. That's terrible. doh.gif

Trying to get the additional 1.3% interest for spending of $500 and above for debit card. So I spent $500 in July (about $250 on 31/7). Noticed that for eg: if my transaction was 26 July, the details may only be captured on 31 July. So if my transaction is 31 July, then details most likely will be in August, does that mean then, I don't get the additional 1.3% interest in July?

One opted for OneToken, cannot go back to OTP. So, not advice to switch now as the platform is damn not stable...I need to use other phone to try. What if the case I do not have other smart phone? Need purchase a fking new phone just because this OCBC onetoken thing cannot work on my current phone?

WTF ocbc... bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

My advise, use OTP. do not switch to onetoken.

I have read the recent comment on the app review. Some user said IOS phone still work while android phone don't. There is an user said you can call the helpline to change back from onetoken to normal sms otp, this you can try and tell us back here.

I think I will switch back to OTP. One of the convincing reason for the OneToken (one banker told me) is that, some people use it oversea, and no need roaming to receive sms, just use wifi/internet to get the OneToken from the app...then can do transaction.

If use it overseas is the convincing reason for one token, then i hope normal sms otp can do transaction over RM10k but look like have to install one token for x >RM10k. hmm.gif

I called to request switch back to OTP, its possible to be done by the phone operator. Need wait 1 day to update. As my phone cannot run the app at all...uninstall, clear cache, clear data thing all done, just can't use the app.

Since OneToken(they call it soft token) run on app, when app cannot run, and I already reset the app, I cant login to ocbc web as well.

rclxms.gif welcome to the bandwagon rclxms.gif
0.2% at the end of the month, 1.3% x 3 within the few days of the new month depending on which day it falls
