one of the most rigid and unreasonable banks. for your case, i think it is systemic rigidity of their entire system. got to pay to statement amount i guess.

some banks do have. have seen complaints in some of other forums. i will normally pay up to statement amount every month. anyway, i wanted to increase my credit limit (only < my one month pay and it is the lowest of my 10 cards even much lower than mbb) and my salary has been going into them for more than a year. waited for 20min, and said will send me a form by eod. two hours already no email. 😂

ocbc rejected my credit limit increment request wth (effective, 2 days after i submitted forms). it is my salary account and only give me one month salary credit limit. must be dont like i used all for bigpay/boost lol. ok la changing salary acct to sc. 😂

ocbc send me a snail mail say want close my account on 18 march. my salary account leh why they dont want me 😂

nope. irresponsible.
that day call me say my after my fd matured then will close my account. i said ok go ahead since it is online fd. keep asking me to go branch i said dont want. i tot close fd only. 😅

one year plus no do that jor. but if want to place fd in other bank i will transfer out after 10pm la to affin. may be got like 2 or 3 times a month. 😅

anyhow i am going to change my salary account to hlb pay and save since they changed my mach acct to pay and save.
any thread on that? or anyone using? 2.25% + 0.9 if using hlebroking. since i am using hlebroking too.

think of it, i always play duitnow tied to this acct from. maybank cny games, raya games, deepavali games. may be too much. or my monthly payment to near 20 plus credit cards. 😅

got got. i already explained somewhere July last year (playing maybank games la, earning interest in other banks la etc) and the lady seems ok). i think coz i still have FD then that they could not close it.

ya bit shocking. coz last week one day before my fd mature a lady called say will close my fd account. or ask me go branch to close (i reluctant la). so i said what happened if i dont go, she said my fd account will be closed. I said ok la close la since it is online fd anyhow. then she said ok sure. like that only la for warning. 😅

yaya i have credit card pink. see if they want to close or not haha. now my 360 had rm0, didnt know can clear all earlier.

yaya. psa shld be enough for emergency fund. wqs holding to 360 coz it can set multiple future payment in one page (but not enough time to input all card balances before the system trigger inactivity)

she mentioned fd mature, so we will close your account. didnt say what account. i really thought it is fd account so dont bother. it was my only one fd with ocbc i tot it's their protocol to close online fd account once matured. haha. didnt mention about saving acct or 360 acct, i am sure.

no eh. already moved everything to hlb pay and save. 😂 shld be able to get 2.5% but max 70k for that %

i am still using the pink card haha. hopefully dont card but well i can use scb liverpool for equivalent.

the GUI not bad but i really hate the otp key in then the web access must have otp from app... dah lah slow...
