I faced the problem that can't reload my debit card online through bigpay/boost.

It showed "System is temporarily unavailable, please try again later."

Did anyone faced this problem before? My account was newly opened last Friday.

You need to call their customer service
be prepared, they are too busy to call back
you need to spend few hours to keep calling their CS until someone answer it

For my experience, the call until 20th min will auto hang up your waiting
i successfully get to someone answer my call on 4th attempts

maybe you can try on your free time like weekend or your offday

And the staff told me need 4 working days to add in my phone number
after added, I receive an SMS saying they updated my OTP to "this number".

Yes, its 3 different credit card numbers.

OCBC just called me, ask why there huge transaction from Axiata Ecode, Trianglo every month into my saving acc. And also RM1xxxx in total from umobile to ur account.

They say it’s part of their job to know the nature of money. Even it’s not cash transaction also kepo want to know, do homework and trace where the money come from lah.

Went to open 360i... the manager told me that the rate may revise on 2020 Jan...she said they can give such a good rate now. LOL.

wait wait wait , it comes in from 2-6 days after statement date from my case.

My first statement was 11 october, 0.9% reflected on 13 october,
Then change statement date to 21 november, 0.9% reflected on 27 november.

So i guess the 0.9% will be credited within 7 days after statement date.

Just checking with you guys as this is the first time using my OCBC card.

My BP transactions on Titanium CC received 0.1% cashback (instead of 1%), with cashback paid on 11 December.

Is this normal?  Are BP and e-wallets eligible for 1% (I read previously that they were, but not sure if any changes)?

I checked online statement today, 0.9% is not credited into yet. They will usually post it within 2- 3 days but this month is a little slow. Let's check again in few days time.

For mine, last month it took 7 days.

Btw, the steps below should hit the criteria to earn the maximum rate right?

1. Topup 500 to BigPay using Publicbank Mastercard Quantum (5% Cashback)
2. Send 500 from salary bank account and 500 from BigPay to OCBC
3. Use OCBC Debit Card Top up 500 back to BigPay
4. Transfer 3 times RM 1 from OCBC to 3 other bank accounts

this is my 1st month using OCBC Credit card... my statement out on 11th. there show the 0.1%... until today.. i also didnt see the 0.9%. i call CS.. CS told me the 0.9% will only show in next month statement.

can. eg. u deposit today 26th. till 31st. money at bank till 31st is 6 days.

you get 6/365*4.1% for the amount u put in, roughly that amount.

Ahh... Meaning it's pro rated. Best still settled everything on the 1st of every month
