Fagor built-in oven

Hi, i wanna ask the opinion of the performance of fagor built-in oven. I have been recommended with fagor built-in oven by few shops and they claim the performance is very good.
I did some googling, and most of the website (European site) did have a positive review on the oven, but what bother me is the after sales service in Malaysia. Their website is under maintenance (almost 2 weeks) and the feedback on their website is mostly negative.
Have any bro/sis that used their built-in oven and can comment on their recent after sales service..?
