1920x1080p HD-AVC sure lag ler on your comp
At least use CoreAVC to minimise CPU usage

i think its the codec problem.
go to the fansub homepage and read the codec requirement.
coreavc sure works.

if sound faster than video, try stop it and play again
Sometimes MPC is like that

Or you try playing it in WMP and see

I am currently downloading the file now and see how it goes with my P4 3Ghz

If you use current ffdshow still slow, coreavc still does the job well, well it all depends on the bitrate used too smile.gif

The higher the bitrate the laggier it'll become

Like that means nothing much you can do loh smile.gif
CoreAVC is already the fastest, unless your GPU have H264 acceleration

I tested also with 1920x1080p h264, mine can play, both video and audio sync

But the CPU usage is high, between 70%-100% but still smooth, but the renderer has to drop frames to cope up in some parts
