hi all

i would like to declare income tax for the last year , and this is my tax of my life for the past 27years

i'm a technician (servicing line) for a internet service provider under a main contractor , and my wages is base on the amount service order i had completed , i doesn't have epf/socso and doesn't able to claim anything. My salary is pay by cheque monthly and i do have payslip

i getting confused how do i declare for my income tax , should i go for borang B or borang BE ?

assuming my total cheque collection for last year is total 60k

1 = declare 60k on borang be and pay RM1.55k tax
2 = delcare 60k on borang b at untung kasar and after deduction of Perjalanan dan pengangkutan , Pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan , Perbelanjaan-perbelanjaan lain and untung bersih 50k and pay RM450 tax
3 = declare 70k on borang b at untung kasar and after deduction of Perjalanan dan pengangkutan , Pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan , Perbelanjaan-perbelanjaan lain and untung bersih 60k and pay tax RM1.7k

my question is

A = this year my monthly avg income only 3.3k , so the bank will calculate my max loan amount from last year declare total yearly income divide by 12 months of form be or base on my latest 3 months payslip ?
B = According to question A , if the bank is calculate by latest 3 months payslip so i'll go for way "2" because my average monthly income this year is low compared to last year
C = Mortgage loan max loan amount is base on the untung kasar or untung bersih ?
D = If mortgage loan calculation is base on untung bersih , i have to choose way "3" due to my untung bersih is too low and worry the loan doesn't approve
E = If mortgage loan calculation is base on untung kasar , i can save alot from the tax and way "2" is the best
F = what is the max loan amount ?....is it calculate by this way ? 60k untung kasar / 12 months = 5000 x 70% = 3500 - car loan 1500 = 2000 max repayment of housing loan ?
G = i have 2 car on my own name , first car monthly rm350 and second car is RM1150 monthly , my rm350 car payment aren't prompt however the rm1150 payment is very prompt monthly ?
H = any affection if my car loan have 3 months delayed and pay 1 months then delay for additional 2 months then pay 2 months ?

your opinions is very important to me , thanks

Borang B and BE big difference oh.....the loan calculation will be different.

But anyways, to answer your questions based on my knowledge.

When you apply loan submit your last year income documents. Don't show them latest payslip unless asked. The reason is that they will then be able to give you a higher loan amount.

Depending on which banks, they all have different requirement for borrowing. Means lets say if your salary (minus PCB, EPF, Socso, etc.) is 4.5K. Maybe the bank will cap you at 65% of your salary. So you can only buy a house where your monthly instalment is max 3k.

I believe you should file your taxes properly first....besides that, choose the correct method that will show a higher income for you. But I think bank prefer employee salary slip

Check your CCRIS at Bank Negara. Very fast one. Just double park, go in, cucuk IC into the machine and print. If you have any late payments on your loans, you will have problems getting a housing loan. Banks like prompt payment

Sorry ah....my answer messy because lazy to go A,B,C,etc
