Speedhome, just would like to know whether you filter your tenant before viewing? I have viewing request, when the tenant arrives for viewing, she is the airbnb/short term stays operator, she is not interested to rent. She is looking for apartment to work with the owner for their short term stay business based on profit share. It is a waste of my time. Please filter airbnb/short term stays operator out from the platform

My unit had been rented out using speedhome. My tenant had already moved in. Now I still receive alot of requests from people interested in this unit and would like to make viewing appointment. I thought once this unit is rented out, there should be no more viewing requests right?

Hi Speedhome,

I rented my property under speedhome for one year tenancy and tenant moved out after 6 months. Your customer support told me that they will quickly relist my unit and I can use the remaining 6 months insurance on this property. However speedhome failed to find me any tenant after a few months. Not even one enquiry. End up another agent rent out for me.

Now I requested speedhome to move this 6 months insurance to another property. The answer is cannot. Then i told them if cannot, then please refund me the remaining insurance. The answer is still cannot and the insurance will lapse in Aug 2021.

So what is the solution? My 6 months insurance (which is half a month rental) just burnt like this?

Even i buy insurance from insurance company there will be some refund but not full.
