This business model attract low credit rating tenants, landlord has no incentive to evict defaulter until after 3rd month rent is paid, will last until cash for guarantee payment to landlord is burned out.

This platform will be popular among West African tenants, they could avoid higher than market rate rental asked by most landlord.
