Please invest more in your app development section.
1) if i click decline on tenant’s query, i can no longer contact him/her. This is very misleading.
2) that prompt asking for respond is not working properly. Even if i click no, it still appear “im still waiting for your respond”.
3) i cannot view my own tenancy agreement. Cant scroll the page down. So can only view half of the top page.
4) where is help/query button?
One more thing, that customer success team is available on what time? Been asking questions but no respond.
