Im using speedrent service just a month. this is based on my experience after a month using speedrent.
before sign up speedrent CS will follow up closely, whatapps groupchat reply instantly even tenant and me have queries at evening time. after I sign up with tenant. I felt like they clean hand just let me solve dealing everything with tenant myself. (is okey maybe this new trend of using this app)
Now just one months from the day engage with speedrent service. I have whatapps speedrent customer service yesterday regarding the rental fee & my insurance policy not yet receive, but sadly no read and never reply. So today call also No answer.
Wondering what happen to speedrent.

I have contact your Customer service, app, and general number none of channel can reach. After sales service you need to take care if you still in the business. I still looking forward speedrent can do better.

2nd month engaged with speedrent as landlord. last months I receive late rental payment & today 10th of the months I still not receive my rental and did not get any notice or update about my rental until I called speedrent only they give a text to the whatapps group chat asking rental payment.
Since speedrent already collected 1 month advance rental from tenant Can speedrent pay landlord beginning of every month & you all chase tenant payment on speedrent responsibility?

when speedrent customer service as told will auto debit every month by credit card. buy after sign off and handover my key to tenant. only tell me is payment by cash. so every month they need to chase the rental payment. and now affected my rental collection. shakehead.gif
until now I not see they have any solution for me yet.

If it's charged to credit card, then it should not be concern. But if it's cash term then we must judge ourselves whether we are comfortable with the tenant after seeing them.

A BIG NO to cash payment tenant, will trouble in future!! speedrent cheating at beginning said tenant pay by credit card but in the end he is pay by cash. make a strict deal with speedrent if tenant pay cash or cancel credit card payment just void the agreement. unless u can accept it.
