Anyone ask about if go to court what is the legal aspect between landlord, speedrent and tenant?....

Also, I feel this somehow like pyramid scheme.....what happens when speedrent snowball a huge list of tenants, then go bye bye....then all landlords die standing....

I still feel better the old way with tenancy agreement, at least I can evict tenant by filing a report to court....
