I am a Tenant that used your Service on March 2019.
Eventhought I used your service BUT the Landlord doesnt use stamped Contract Service. I even paid RM100 for agent service for finding house for me.

Landlord do contract of 12 months but recently due to financial problem I had, I had no choice to pay this month rent late. The Landlord sent whatsapp message on 19/9/19 and told me to empty the house before 1/10/19.

I paid 2+1 deposit of RM900 per month when we move in our item on 30/3/19. Contract start 1/4/19 for 12 months period. I moved in permanently on May 2019 due to school transferring problem from Penang.

On June, Contract renewed for RM800 per month. Deposit changed from 1800 to 1600. Utility: RM300 because i paid him RM2700 on the day I viewed the house and collect the housekeys.

Recently on earlier Sept, landlord without permission entering the premise. I was outstation in Selangor for a week. Only my children at home. I'm a single mother of 5 children by the way so the landlord act was not acceptable. He simply entered and go out wherever he please when we are not around.

This month, water crisis happens in Malacca. After he send message, he said. He will keep the deposit and wait for bills. Water bill we paid full. IWK, we paid only for months we stayed. Electricity bills is the most suspicious because, we dont use much electricity but on the 3rd month it increase shockly. Landlord refuse to fix when we said the sinky had problem.
The ceiling fan not functioning well.

Then we found out, landlord will chase tenant and giving no choices for tenant to HAD TO LEAVE THEIR HOUSE FURNITURES because... how to get lorry in short period? My twin are having PT3 Examination this month end. Now they are having oral and listening Exam. I tried to ask politely with landlord but he talk rude with me. I always pay monthly but only this month i had to delay due to son accident.

We even had to apply Baitulmal help. We are far from relative. I had to resign work due to asthma. Haze problem. I cant breath.
My landlord is a Malay that works in JKR civil engineer. Is it my fault if Landlord didnt pay house loan? Both husband and wife are working. As for me, m alone. I am both mother n father fir my children. These two months, my children sometime cant go to school due to we faced problem. Even had to fast.

This neighbourhood is a peaceful place and the neighbour doesnt care if u die or still alive as long no disturbance from yourside. I even ask help for 1 hour looking after my youngest daughter from school because i will be home soon but they cant until i had to resign from work.

DUN Kesidang, an Indian woman Mrs Kamala offers to help. YB is chinese. They are really helpful. Honestly, most Malay in Malacca who claims they are a good Muslims... never care for us. They looked down because I am a single mother so I can say Life in Malacca is difficult because of the people mindset.

They said this  house rent is high for us to handle. Not really. Before I had financial problem, I can even afford to pay house rent of RM1350 monthly. I trust Malay so much until they sold my house furniture when I rented in Palmwalk 1 Sg Long. Up till now, I didnt able to sue the person. To go to court, I needed money.

I settled child custody first and alhamdulillah I won the case. I did regret helping few Malay friends and sibling when they are in need but when I faced problems, they ignored. I urgently need help this week and sadly no Malay can help out. Those who owe me cant even pay back RM50.

Foreigner friend cant help much when they cant work here in Malaysia but they still sending some money for food and water. If u know me well, i easy to give. Oh Allah, I really hope there will be help soon. I dont want my children to stranded. We bought house furniture in May and how to sell furnitures to get money to go out before 1/10. I asked Landlord, if he can take my furnitures for the house rent this month and return my deposit. He cant give any back.

He forced us to go out when he already been informed about the difficulty i had for delay. I now regret renting without Speedrent Proper Tenancy Agreement. You think as a Landlord, you can do anyhow to Tenant. I may have 5 children but my children are proper children. They dont act like children with no manner. Landlord children are like that and words they speak out are rude.

I have my own house too in Penang before I moved after I sold the house. I moved because to build a new life. Penang people can stay in Malacca but Malacca people if move to Penang, you cant survive because of your mindset n high cost of living. No more apartment with lower rate like in Malacca.

House loan, didnt pay for 3 months, bank will put house in auction. Is there a law for this kind of Landlord??
