@wheimeng. I like what Speedrent is doing and sincerely hope for its success. Willingness to risk & experiment is what sets you above most men. I'm sure you guys made a calculated decision.

Personally, your guarantee rental scheme is not suitable for me as my tenants are mostly students who surely will not have a credit card. Debit cards maybe. I'm not sure if this segment is large enough to warrant a tweak to include debit cards.

Also, I've put my prop on Speedrent for months but no luck yet. I still continue to use agents. Hopefully there will be more coming into the demand side of the equation for your platform.
