I have been using speedrent since one to two years. They were good in follow up rentals. However, I think they had change management or customer service, they are doing badly in following rental now. My tenant owing me 3 months rental but they don't even realize that. They took weeks to check but still no result though I have keep asking them. Very disappointed.
