I do know some high income Earners who barely save, they spend how much they earn. Haha.. so it's possible that there isn't market for those who want to rent but do not wan to pay 3 months deposit.

If it's charged to credit card, then it should not be concern. But if it's cash term then we must judge ourselves whether we are comfortable with the tenant after seeing them.
