after few months of using speedhome, now their team very slow respond edi, not following up rental for late payment, not issuing invoice after send the bills to then, not issuing notice of demand after tenant not paying rental after 14days, everyday send them a reminder also not reply, think twice if you planning to use this.

Ur business model has some problem
A) put zero deposite and push the liability to insurance company.
B) speedrent still collecting 1 month rental advance fee which similar to traditional agent.

It mean speedrent still earn good,but the risk and liability are still at the cost of landlord. U think so easy to claim the compensation ? The compensation is not guaranteed.

Last time when in traditional way through agent, landlord has 2 months deposit, it minimize their loss. Without deposit, it tend to hv more low civil mindset tenant due to low barrier entry. Like they didn't take care the rental property. And tend to bye bye without advance notice. Landlord may only know when they didn't pay rental.

Every bodies can see what happens to ubike (sorry, I could not remember the name, some company put many bicycle during SEA game 2-3 years ago under shared economy). But all the bicycle was stolen, sabotage and not practical ( how often u can drive bicycle under hot sun continuously ?)
Sorry to say, we are not prepare for it.
