the original cable is running on USB2.0 if i m not mistaken la..

You should get the leather case from xiaomi. It is premium and color is gold. matched with my gold phone.

So far my feedback
1. Updated to latest rom
2. No side/drop light as reported
3. No yellow screen. Mine is from sharp
4. Wifi connection very fast. Run speed test on my unifi. Can get 30MB+
5. Camera - not bad.
6. Gold color - love it. look very premium
7. Slippery - nope. coz i use leather case. Color match with color.
8. Fingerprint unlock - work fine
9. Test mi remote - work great on my mibox. Not yet test air con
10. Pair with mi band - ok
11. Charging using OEM is better compare to my old adapter and cable. Tested using ampere battery app.

Got my rn3 from mi.com just now at noon by FEDEX

Unboxed, molested and found got one 2mm hair line scratch and 1 dot. No an issue for me la.

Setting up everything until i reach the home screen. Straight away update to latest firmware. 192MB less than 10mins of download in office.

14:11pm battery level was 40%. Plugged to charger and cable provided

while charging, testing the camera, and play youtube to test video and audio. impressive.

then went to Google Play to install all instant messaging apps, games, social medias. Not yet try the asphalt game yet.

16:00pm battery level at 100% full

Surprisingly at 70% the phone body not so hot anymore.

Added : the back vertical rectangle plastic film is easy to take off. leave not adhesive stain at all..

Charging my rn3 with 16k mi power bank and 1500 mA max USB cable. The average current input to my rn3 is 420mA. With stock charger and stock cable, i got around 1550mA to 1890mA.

My verdict:

1. rn3 not so hot during charging. Unlike using the stock charger and stock cable

2. Had 64% battery, then now already 97% after 1.5 hours (approximately). Which not very bad.
