not really, different ROM have different key.
on my Galaxy Note 2 (kitkat), it was Power + Home button
on the OnePlus One (Lollipop Resurrection), Power + Vol Down
meanwhile last time on Sultan Xda ROm, earlier ROM uses Power + Vol Up then they change to Power + Vol Down

it can be considered a feature built into the android platform itself~

or on some ROM u can use the power menu..
after POWER OFF, REBOOT, AIRPLANE MODE, there is a SCREENSHOT option (if ur ROM have this)

or u can download apps for this, Google Play store have a lot of apps for this.
