So far I noticed the keyboard didn't change by itself any more. It stays with Swiftkey eventhough I cleared memory and cache.
Let's hope it stays that way!

Right now, waiting for them to fix Wifi authentication page to comes up automatically and include fingerprint as selfie shutter key. rclxms.gif

You gotta stop clearing memory and cache. It will only drain your battery and slow down your phone.

I tot it will save more battery as less program running
*
Nope. Programs wont drain any battery in the background. Unless it's running continuously for example google maps when in navigation mode. You will still see the icon on the notification area that it's running.

Others will just sit silently in the background. Killing it will use more power to start it up again the next time you run it. And when it needs to sync, it also starts itself again and then you kill it and then it starts and it goes on and on.

And then you'll have problems with notifications not working and etc.

Also, DO NOT use all those cleaner, ram booster, battery doctor, battery saver apps and etc. It's ruining your phone. And then ppl ask why the phone so fast laggy when they keep killing the apps.

What are the reasons Antivirus and apps that clean and accelerate your smartphone are bad for it? Share your thoughts!

But why in the marathon mode, set by xiaomi, they set clear memory at every 5min after phone sleep?
*
No idea why they do that. Probably ppl are too used to doing that so they just keep the feature to kill all apps. Even Samsung gives an option to kill all apps. Like the X button in Xiaomi multitasking menu.

Actually on stock Android like on Nexus, there's no more kill all apps or close all apps kinda thing already. Only makes your phone perform worse.

no option for mail to set autostart.
this mail apps come together with the phone. inside tools folder.

Don't need to keep it always running and autostart and all those.

Maybe the stock mail app got problem. Try adding your corporate email to Gmail. The gmail app supports other accounts too.

If not, you can try the Outlook app too. I presume your corporate email would be microsoft exchange/office365 kind?

Yup bro, Microsoft exchange mail.
Just noticed that mail only will sync when connected to wifi.
But i check at restricted usage, i did allow for mail to update on mobile data.
Also i cant add mail to Gmail. Just install cloudmagic mail. Just see how.
Mine both no notifications. Untill i connected to wifi
*
Open the mail app, press menu and see the sync/notification settings in there. The restricted usage thing is just like a firewall/permissions thing. No point if you don't block mobile data but in the app settings, it's set to only sync while on Wifi.
Make sure to check this settings in the gmail or cloudmagic app also.

Usually no need to mess with the permissions/restricted usage things there. Just let it be. By default it should let your apps connect. Problem only starts when you limit things and then wonder why got problem and etc.

Gmail app confirm can. Maybe u gotta try update it. Maybe u need key in the correct server settings and etc.

Open the Gmail app.
On the top left, touch the Menu icon Menu.
At the top, go to the right of your username and touch the down arrow.
Touch Add account.
Choose the type of account you want to add.
Google: A Gmail or Google for Work address.
Personal (POP/IMAP): An email address that isn't from Google, like Yahoo or Hotmail.
Exchange: A work address that uses Microsoft Exchange servers. If you’re not sure if your company uses Exchange, check with your IT department. This option is available for Nexus devices and a few others that run Android 5.0+.
Follow the steps on the screen to add your account.

Guys, first time charging how long eh for the phone?

I am used to "Drain the battery till phone die off, then fully charge in off condition for 8 hours routine"

But the phone charger is 2A, so won't spoil the phone if left too long?
*
No need to do all this funny things already.

Just charge till full will do.

And for long term, dont always let it drain till dead before charging. That's bad for lithium ion battery. Just charge whenever.
