Finally I flashed my friends Redmi Note 3 (MTK version) 3GB/32GB from Vendor ROM to MIUI.eu ROM successfully after 5 hours.

If your RN3 is MTK SoC and preloaded with Vendor ROM. Use this guidlines.
1. Flash back to stock China Stable ROM, no unlock bootloader require.

1) It is possible to turn switch the OS from chinese to English? there for no need to flash rom?
Yes, Language for China ROM or Vendor ROM are both capable with Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified) and English (US)

2) even with chinese rom he can install playstore and google stuff?
Yes, Open Mi Store, and search Google Installer

Yes, you can use either PlayStore or Mi Store to download WhatsApp
PS. My friend told me WhatsApp are blocked in China, not sure real or not.

People using Mi3 with 2GB RAM for MIUI also no complain what. No worry about the RN3 with 2GB RAM, but rather worry about 16GB Internal Storage.

because as far as I know those voice msg for WhatsApp/WeChat doesn't store on SD Card.

Here is the tricks.

1. After you done the steps as the guide.
2. Then "Download Agent" and locate "DA_SWSEC.bin"
3. Then "Scatter loading" button and locate the "MT6795_Android_scatter"
4A. Tick ALL (if stock ROM) OR
4B. UN-Tick Preloaded (if MIUI.eu ROM) *** WARNING: If you forget to untick the Preloaded, you will bricked it
5. You have to press Download button right?
6. Shut off your phone and wait 5~10seconds (to ensure fully turn off)
7. And then "PRESS" & "HOLD" Down Volume Button (DO NOT Release it)
8. Plug and connect the USB to your PC
9. Once you see the bar on the SP Tools turn RED color
10. Then you only release your Volume Down Button.
11. If doesn't working, repeat Steps 3 onward. (Tips: If it boot into FAST Boot, mean you have to repeat Steps 3. Because when the Red Bar detected, the Phone are main Black Screen)

PS. I try the above method more than 2hours only figure it out how does the method works. Because the tutorial didn't explain clearly if didn't work, we have to keep repeat. at first, I thought I was USB faulty or Drivers not working. LOL

Fastboot flash are much easier. Although look like need very tech savvy. But I don't see the GUI friendly on the SP Tools. lol

Looks like standard QC1.0 2A speed. Not bad thou even without QC2.0

What I can say, the Snapdragon Camera indeed very powerful when under reasonable light. (not in RN3)

Because my Moto G (2013 edition / Gen1) that stock Moto Camera focus are plain slow/average. With CustomROM that came with the Snapdragon Camera, the Focus Speed are as fast as those come Smartphone come with PDAF, but you should know that my Moto G doesn't not have PDAF capable, as always it must have reasonable light. Low light are shit anyway for my legacy Moto G. Even Google Camera can't beat the Snapdragon Camera.
