Guys, first time charging how long eh for the phone?

I am used to "Drain the battery till phone die off, then fully charge in off condition for 8 hours routine"

But the phone charger is 2A, so won't spoil the phone if left too long?

Thorus set can claim from Xiaomi centre?

for 64gb, I can get at RM 55 at lazada after the 10% or 11% discount coupon...I think 32gb enough for me since I got another 16gb OTG pendrive..

I think you got it wrong, Redmi Note 3 is not Lithium Ion, its lithium polymer. And yes, it need priming. Open the aps 'Ampere Battery' and scroll down to see, or refer to GSMarena

I just received my rn3.

Im impressed with this phone compare to my note 5.

Very fast, typing very smooth and fingerprint sensor super fast and no need to tap any button to wake up sensor.

Below 1k phone compare to more than 2k phone i believe rn3 is a very good phone with awesome price.

Done. Still same. Only when the setting up screen time I setup, when in home screen, I tried to register new fingerprint, cannot. :/

Fingers crossed, it worked for now. hopefully nothing will happen later.

Now need to check the wallpaper change.

EDIT: Wallpaper can change now. Now need to check what else it's malfunction.

Nobody have tried rooting thing phone?
I frickin hate the ads. And can't do a thing without root to ad block them

Anybody encounter unlock phone problems with fingerprint? When I use my fingerprint to unblock the phone wake up then close again . Have to try 2 or 3 times then only can unlock. I already did a hard reset liao

Ads when you browse anything on the net. Ads show in ad based program.
You can block all the ads by changing the dns resolution thingy and change all the ads server IP to 127.0.0.1

Adaway and adfree does this.

Just put lock icon at the home page. I never use power button .

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with notification for Email & WhatsApp. The notification on lock screen did not show individual message but instead it combine all and show " 2 new messages" or "4 new messages".

I was using iPhone before this, and notification for email and whatsapp for iPhone is what I want(show line by line)

Please refer below screen shot

1. WhatsApp on redmi note 3

As you can see the difference here, so how can i get line by line notification like iPhone?

Besides, redmi note 3 Gmail notification was so much slower than iPhone email. Any solution for this?
iPhone received in few sec, redmi note 3 received in like 20-30 sec.

do u guys experience batt drain on the latest update 7.2.3.0 compare to 7.1.8.0? SOT less than 5 hours
