my Oneplus One also said kenot remove battery..
but pretty much nowadays anyone can tukar the battery by themselves..

so, not a big problem there
proper battery maintenance is crucial to prolong battery life
jangan main sambil cas, dont overcharge, and always make sure x overclock if not sure what you're doing

my suggestion is IF you are, like me, lives in Sabah..
and rather to do it yourself than waiting for 1 week for a simple battery replacement

and by the time batery spoilt, warranty is over mostly
so better DIY than waste more money to Service Center

Before warranty over, go complain at service center kao kao about bad battery life. Who knows, maybe they change for you.

After warranty over, DIY to save time and money. If kaput, buy new phone.

I found out what's the problem finally! It appears that my phone was detecting my temperature and pattern of my skin and rejected the so called "fingerprint" (which is the skin of my legs when I put the phone in my pocket).

After few times of wrong "fingerprint", you cant unlock it using fingerprint but to unlock it using pattern. I tried several time rubbing the sensor with my palms, it turned out i cant unlock it using fingerprint after several wrong attempt.

I dont know if your problem is same like mine but try putting your phone fingerprint upwards instead of facing your leg. See if the problem persist.

I think is SD. I got both mtk and SD
Mtk is 7.2.5.0 since month back. But the features doesn't look same
As for now. My SD still don't have ota request update to 7.2.5.0
