Touch Screen going crazy happened too on Mi3, or some other phones (can't remember which one), when charging at low power. Wall charger or powerbank also same.
It's advisable to turn on aeroplane mode or just turned off your phone during charging till full to speed up chargin process & to avoid such issue as screen become not responsive or not working at all. |

I tried to send Nova Launcher setting via bluetooth from LG G4 to RN3, but RN3 auto reject the request. Tried with photo, transfer successful. What did I miss?
