Hello,

As per subject, would anyone kindly share sample of agreement docs? As in land house to let.

Besides that, any tips for being a landlord? Your past experiences, good or bad.

Thanks.

Regards.

Hello there,

Thanks for the reply and links. The sample is very useful, but I do have a question. I know that after it is signed it would need to be stamped by LHDN. At the signatories section, in the "In The Presence" section, who would sign those?

Be careful of standard tenancy agreements as it has a lot of loopholes for tenants to manipulate. As most of them are very generic as it is tailored as a template. Consult a lawyer or professionals.
