When I'm browsing photos posted in the forum, very often, especially when I'm using office PC, I'm unable to view the photo. Instead a "User posted image" is shown instead of photo. Why?

F5 will solve all your problems.
If still cannot solve, hit F5 again, and again, and again, and so on and so forth.

For attached to forum server photo, u need to be logged in before u can see, else the server will tells u its a user posted photo

Some offices, like mine, use proxy servers originating from other places than Malaysia and will perform differently.

For my case, the office proxy is located in US, so I can't access or very slow access to some sites but no problem when I'm using Slowmyx at home.

I think very likely is due my office's network proxy server. It's located in the US also. I found that photo hosted at Photobucket will have this problem. Imageshack and Fotokrazy is fine though.

streamyx cannot access Photobucket now.
