In January, I went to Maxis Centre to terminate my WBB. I asked them to terminate in two days' time but the CSO said cannot, must terminate immediately. She suggested when I'm ready to cut in 2 days, just call 123 to end the service. So that's what I did; on the day I wanted to cut I just called 123 and they asked me some personal details to verify that I'm the genuine account holder and then it was done.
