And guess what .. !! The supervisor in charge do not even bother about saving me ..she saying that's noting she can do about it .. I am the consumers .. I can make whatever choice I like ... .. And I question her .. As what offer she can offer me to retain me ...
Guess what .. She offer me noting ..instead she offer me to upgrade my plan ..
At this moment .. I blow my head .. And I told her to look at my back ..as I walked opposite to celcom ...
You and a bunch of other Maxis customers get the wrong idea by going to a Maxis center and act all-so-important and threaten them to offer you something or you will port out. Do you think employees in the center give a flying cake whether you want to stay or leave when they have a queue behind you?I was at Maxis store this evening ...

From experience the only people who manage to get an alternative plan is by calling in 123 and telling them you want to quit. They have a supervisor/boss behind and for every customer they retain they get something in return. On the phone they can check your account, spending and your eligibility and offer you a package and make adjustments immediately if they feel you are worth retaining.
If you are not happy, just port out lah don't try to bargain like pasar malam.
