 Going to port out from Maxis to celcom, Gold with new phone ..

hi, i m also planning to port to Celcom as the Gold plan is so much cheaper and better than my current package.

However, read a lot of negative remarks about their roaming charges although data is off. I never had this problem with Maxis (surfmore plan with Note 3 plan).

With the poor customer service and unreasonable charges for roaming, it is still worth while to port to Celcom?

Don't act cheap. You don't like, just switch.
Maxis has the right to not offer you anything and you have the right to not choose them.

they just working for Maxis..what do you expect from them as an employee ....those retaining offers for selected one comes from HQ..not from their branch.even the branch manager cant do anything as they have no authority to do anything except following order from HQ.
if you want get their attention,maybe you should contact them through maxis facebook.
