RM10 per sq feet for material only is quite hefty price but I am sure the quality is very good

Other brands had quoted me price between 6-8k but only 8mm and no V groove, wood prints ain't attractive therefore I opt for Kronoswiss.

Is a lot better to have 12mm

Borrowed a oscillating electric cutter for the job,  was using heavy duty cutter initially but too much effort. Another method is to leave gaps then fill it up with pebbles.

Thanks

I mean like did it clear all the doors?

To be exact a 12mm board will be 15mm thick plus the foam beneath the board.

Those foam they use are for wrapping furnitures etc. Ain't exactly very thick so is negligible.

I guess different installer use different material. The innovar flooring use in my house is quite thick. Total thickness end up about 15mm

Noted. How is your reno coming along? Sticking to initial budget?

Is at the final stage now. Another 2 days of tiling work and painting is on going. New gate coming up next week and kitchen cabinet. Finally will be the wall paper and curtain. I think already blown the budget 😜

Outside there's another grille provided by developer, a normal grille.
