Rm26k sound super cheap but it's two years ago. Any idea on the price for 2018?Anyway i plan to do major renovation of 753 sqft flat for rental purposes, if let says do all plumbing, all wiring, ceiling & wall painting, lighting & fan, floor (maybe go for cement render only), cement render kitchen top. Any idea on the cost of the renovation mentioned?
