did you encounter any problems laying the wood flooring above the existing tiles? thanks

No problem at all. Laminate feels solid and comfortable on the feet.

Dry Kitchen - RM 6300.00
Wet Kitchen - RM 8500.00
(Appliances and fixtures not included)

Price very much depends on your measurement, I'll suggest you get in touch with BESPOKE KITCHEN aka HOMEMARK for quote.

Thanks for the info! Can you also share the materials used for your carbinet?

Your balcony looks nice! Any issue when it rains on this kind of floor decking? Does it dry out easily? Since you bought from Ikea, is it easy to install on your own?
Thanks.

Door definitely need to make adjustment. With 12mm increased in height, must alter door's height. All these settled by installer.

There's gaps for water to go through then channel towards floor trap. Don't have to worry water beneath when we have such hot weather. Took me around 4 hours to assemble everything, you'll need electric saw/cutter to do it.
All these can be taken apart easily if you really wanna wash the tiles below.

To be exact a 12mm board will be 15mm thick plus the foam beneath the board.

Those foam they use are for wrapping furnitures etc. Ain't exactly very thick so is negligible.

Is at the final stage now. Another 2 days of tiling work and painting is on going. New gate coming up next week and kitchen cabinet. Finally will be the wall paper and curtain. I think already blown the budget 😜

Not from Homemark, else where I'm not sure. Don't want to push my luck so stick to reliable source.
