isn't that just the 50sen being carried over everytime?

he paid rm80 every month, why previous rm0.50 lesap?

u see the amount paid is rm 79.50 rather than rm 80

rm80 on the 1st month

subsequent month is rm 79.50

at least that's what i understand from the pictures

starting jan 2016 every month i pay rm80
bayar awal 1 week..

I supposed Maxis will c/f over pymt of RM0.50 to next mth

50sen is small. But if every month take 50 sen sure banyak already. I understand ts punya rage.

TS just pay $79.00 one time to get your bills tally with payment

after that you can continue paying $79.50

total amount due is -0.50 means they owe you 50 cents lah adui

Should be

1st mth 80 - 79.50 = 0.50
2nd mth 80 - (79.50 - 0.50 = 79) = 1.00
3rd mth 80 - (79.50 - 1.00 = 78.50) = 1.50

If 80 x 3 = 240 and 79.50 x 3 = 238.50,

Your carry should be 240 - 238.50 = (-1.50).


Edit: ok i see it wrong, you only pay rm79.50/mth. The calculation above is wrong then. The bill is right.

Hi,

Kami rasa awak dah confuse dgn payment yg awak buat. Awak byr RM80 sekali je in Jan 2016 and lepas tu bayar RM79.50.
So, 5 kupang tu akan carry forward smpai la satu ketika awak bayar RM79 bila amount to pay is RM79.50.

Kalau awak byr RM80 setiap bulan then -ve amount tu akan bertambah.

Calculation payment awak - RM80 + (RM79.50 x 3) = RM318.5
Amount to pay - RM79.50 x 4 = RM318

RM318.50 - RM318 = RM0.50

Kami harap awak faham dgn explanation kat atas.
