Was looking around for some answers and saw this Reply. Anyhow for general knowledge purpose, original question on Affin CC thread was: Is it possible to BT an amount that you havent spend on other bank CC? Or BT is only possible when credit limit has been taken up by for example Cash Xcess on RHB cc.
