if my credit card outstanding balance rm500 can i make bt from other bank for rm2k?

I pay school fees (got 3% discount) and insurance upfront annually to save costs.

Extra cash from BTs will always go into FD (monthly). I keep a spreadsheet to make sure I can cover the monthly repayments.

After all these payments, of course I'm extremely poor!

I almost forgot about that when I was doing my MBB BT. Nearly used my Visa Signature and even filled out the form. Then suddenly remembered my annual fee due in Feb and I really don't want to pay it. So last minute changed to my free for life and useless M2Mastercard that sits in a drawer. Had to dig it out just to do the BT. Easier to monitor and pay instalments using a dormant card.

Choose Citibank if using M2U or use manual form and email to Maybank.
I used manual form though.

Just received following sms for BT application through email.

RM0.00 MBB:We regret to inform that we are unable to accede to your Balance Transfer appl. Thank you for your interest shown.
Rejected due to over payment I suspect. So conclusion cannot do BT when we have overpayment in CC.
